Perfitcom is a digital services company whose mission is to carry out the IT projects of its customers. The company helps its clients seize all the opportunities that new technologies represent. It accompanies companies and organizations in the realization of their vision, from the definition of their strategy to the implementation of their IT operations. For our outsourcing activity, we are looking for a System Administrator. This position consists in ensuring the maintenance in operational condition and the support on the systems (Unix, Windows) of our outsourced customers. This position is to be filled in our headquarters in Douala. You will intervene on the resolution of incidents but also on various requests such as installations, migrations, tuning and performance issues. You may also be required to provide services to our customers. You may be required to work upstream with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams to prepare responses to calls for tenders. You will bring your technical expertise to the technology watch by enriching the capitalization tools in place (Wiki, Mailing List, Discussion Forum etc...).

Expertise required:
Ø Unix (mainly Linux), Windows and related tools expertise. Use of monitoring tools (Nagios, Centreon...) ;
Ø Knowledge of one or more Operating System storage solutions (LVM, SCSI...) and manufacturer (Dell, HP, IBM...) ; ;
Ø Mastery of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Addressing, LAN, VLAN...) ;
Ø Technical skills on one or more virtualization solutions (VMWare, OVM, Hyper-V) and backup (NetBackup, Veeam ...) ;
Ø Proficiency in professional technical English.
Additional Strengths:
Ø Performance analysis and resolution;
Ø Administration of EXADATA and ODA platforms
Ø Implementation and administration of Weblogic middleware
Ø Proprietary Unix administration (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX);
Ø Scripting Bash, Python, PowerShell
